| Sizes: | Most items are available in all sizes.
There will be a 10% extra charge for Ladies Special Orders over size 20 and Mens Special Orders over size 48.
In order to ensure a good fit, we may ask you for measurements when you place your order. |

In order to better serve you, we prefer that you place your orders by phone at 705-254-2066.

| Taxes: |
All Canadian made furs are Tax and Duty Free to US Residents.
All furs shipped to Canadian customers are subject to G.S.T. Ontario residents must also pay P.S.T. as well as G.S.T. |
| Layaways: |
A minimum 10% deposit must be made to layaway items. A minimum layaway payment of $50.00 must be made each month. Layaway payments and deposits are not refundable. All merchandise will be returned to stock if there are no payments received by Valentino for a period of 60 days. If the merchandise is not fully paid after a one (1) year period, interest at the rate of 10% per year shall be charged on the unpaid balance. |

| Shipping: |
Shipping charges to most Canadian destinations is $30.00 Canadian Shipping costs to US destinations can range from 30.00 to 150.00 Canadian depending on the value of the item and customs brokerage fees All shipping charges include insurance. |
| Returns: |
We will only accept returns on merchandise ordered via the internet or by phone. You must inform us before returning any merchandise. We will then give you shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted 14 days after receipt of goods. Merchandise must be returned in new condition. A 10% re-stocking charge will apply to all returned merchandise. |
| Warranty: | ONE YEAR warranty on workmanship from the manufacturer on all merchandise. |
